Yo!

hope those of you who patiently waited for more content for Acumen were pleased by the release of something more. I'm very sorry for the text speed bug, I should have double-checked the package and not the debugger. I can't say something like this won't happen again, but I will try my best to NOT let something like this happen. Beyond that, and the pronoun thing, it's been nothing but praise and accolades. Acumen is currently running a 2.9 - 4.2 rating on the many AVN sites, which is awesome because that means visibility. Major players of AVNs are taking notice and discovering Acumen. There have been 24,000 downloads across all sites and places that I know about. HUZZAH! that's a pretty nice number for a two-week run.

Acumen even has some crosstalk about favorite girls starting. The Top 3 seem to be Shelby, Manny, and Tatijana ( in no order). Which is great as I will get feedback on all three routes. The feedback received for this update was greatly helpful, more so than the last update. Thank you to everyone who gave usable feedback. I have heard plenty of positive feedback on the improved gallery and save maker features. The most glowing feedback has been things like "Why can't all AVNs have this?" and "thought this game was mid, until I played another route. I have now played everything and really can't wait for the next part."

The negative stuff is also massively helpful as it helps me find Acumen's audience. Stuff like, "game sucks" or "now I know why it's free" are not helpful to me or the game at all. The main thing people have problems with is the looping and death. I tried to re-do my marketing lines to focus more on this aspect and not mislead people, but it seems that there are people who think all AVNs are fuckfests or slice of life dating simulators. Acumen is neither of those things and there is no telling these people otherwise.

I want to welcome our new Patrons and Paid Patrons. Since the release we have tripled the amount of Paid Patrons and doubled the amount of free patrons! Wow! The 1 dollar tier will remain the only tier. I was just reminded that I haven't updated the tier to include the other things in the other tiers. Sorry, life is hectic right now and I can forget somethings. I will do it ASAP. I have also been asked to bring back the higher tiers, but I will not until paid patrons reaches the hundreds. There is a bonus for those who donate 10 USD or more. The Create a Module bonus that the founders have will be available to you. Modules can be set to private and only viewable with the name entered at start, or they can be used publicly as options in the club. Mods are only usable in the Aesir club and nowhere else. Moving forward, I have begun improvements on the last portion of the day, the dance club. I have also added a scene (with an animation) for a 40USD donator. In the next update, you can get this added scene after Ring Out and only on the SSC and TZ routes if you did either of the covert routes during Ringout. The scene will take place shortly before volleyball event begins. These added improvements were decided upon due to IRL concerns. I will be moving house when this house sells, so I cannot put forth a release window.

When it sells (if ever) I will be without internet and my render computer for a little while once again. It could be a month or two and you know me, I can't not be working on things. I'm going to improve the dance club and some scenes in there. Maybe add some animations to the sex scenes in the dance club. I don't know what I'll do or how much time I'll have, so no promises.

The dance club is very heavy on the sex scenes and will include scenes by route. These are diverse (in the good way, not the disney way) 'Manny's payback' will happen here and Shelby scenes will be hard to get here if you did well on her date during the beach event. There will also be chances for threesomes and foursomes with another male. These scenes will also include mixed company of Aesir and Vanr girls if you did certain things on the beach. There is also a 'virgin route' in the dance club for a stat gain, but you will also gain a stat point for having sex with as many girls as you can at this club. If you are after a complete gallery unlock, you will spend a lot of time here at the dance club.
